My sister & her family are packing up the last of their things in Peru. Annie had planned & counted out the “work outfits” she’d need and packed up the rest. Brian & their dog, Hazel, are due to arrive in Atlanta on Thursday (they are departing a few days early in case there are issues), after a 24-hr quarantine there, he’ll rent a car & drive up to Wisconsin; I pick up Ann & Addie at the airport on Monday! Less than a week!!
Addison sent this to me yesterday…

“Definitely making the cut.”
I made both boys a flip calendar a couple of years ago for Christmas… SO MANY great Auntie Camp memories.

They have grown into such wonderful young men… I’m happy to have such great memories of the little boys.

I am not a fan of moving and I would imagine that moving from Peru is not much fun at all. Wishing them all smooth travels and an easy move. It will be wonderful to have them right around the corner very soon!
This is just fantastic news, Vicki! May their flights be easy and all on time! (and I love that you all have such wonderful memories of Auntie Camp!) XO
How wonderful! Sending all the good vibes for safe travels and a smooth move!
I cannot imagine how stressful it would be to move from one country to another, so I will be keeping them all in my thoughts and hoping for as easy a process as possible. Can’t believe those boys are grown up — how did that happen so quickly?!
Annie’s move does sound super stressful to me . . . BUT. She’s a pro! She’s done this kind of move so many times before. I bet it will feel so good for her to settle back “home” now. And how wonderful for YOU to have her so near again. XO (And those boys. I have loved watching them grow up . . . )
This is so exciting for all of you and I hope the move and travel and all of the stuff associated with it go perfectly!
Oh man, I cannot imagine moving internationally, especially right now. But they are moving much closer. I hope all the travel is safe and smooth. My flying motto is, “if I get where I’m going by the end of the day, it’s been a good day.”
