Halloween… before it’s too late… and because my crew hit it out of the park this year!

Four children in Halloween costumes pose on a grassy field, featuring a skeleton figure, a girl in a superhero outfit, a girl in a black dress, and a child in a robot costume.

The kids getting ready for Trunk-or-Treat at school.

Girls… KPop Demon Hunters

Boys… doing their personal mashups!

Winifred Sanderson

The Girls Down Under…

Care to guess what’s going on here?

Everyone seemed mostly inspired by the movies this year! TBH, Maddy & Viv would have stumped me, as I’ve neither read the book nor seen the movie, but I had peeps who could explain it to me.

  1. Wow, your gang certainly all have dominant Halloween genes! I recognized K-Pop Demon Hunters, Winifred Sanderson, and the boys look great. I knew what Maddy and Viv were but I’m pretty far out of the loop, but after some (careful!) searching I figured out the movie that they were from. The best microscope and dr. costumes I’ve seen!

  2. What fun, Vicki! They are all very creative costumes! (and I have absolutely no idea at all about Maddy and Viv but they are adorable!)

  3. I’m clueless on Maddy and Viv but I like that there’s wine. LOL. The kids look great and Ali makes a wonderful Winifred Sanderson!

  4. I wouldn’t have been able to identify any of them other than one of the Sanderson Sisters (maybe?), so I’m glad to you identified the kiddos. But I’m still stumped on Maddie and Viv!

  5. Oh, those are some FABULOUS costumes!!!! (How did Ginny become so grown up???? Malina, too. But ESPECIALLY Ginny!) The only one I could identify was Winifred Sanderson, but I am VERY out of the loop on current trends. Maddy and Viv are so creative and clever . . . whatever movie they represent. I hope everyone enjoyed a party and/or trick or treating session. XO

  6. so fun! and as good as the costumes are, I recognize the people more often than the costumes – which gets harder as those young kiddos get older.
