This is what it’s come to…

We’ve had some snow the past few days. Blizzard conditions, lots of snow, very cold wind chills — schools, stores, banks & even some gas stations are closed. Road crews are doing what they can, but some people are at their wits end.

Today on Facebook:

As you can see, there are a few comments. One of my favorites: On a scale of 1 to “laying in the road,” how ready are you for Spring?

We’ve been keeping up with it, with humongous thanks to Kate & Maddy! Maddy wanted to see a little snow while she was here, but this is way beyond! 😂

  1. Tell Maddy not to wish so hard next time! We got snow here yesterday/overnight — after it was 61º yesterday morning. I’m so over it!

  2. I’ve been thinking about you since I read about your blizzard. I completely understand “laying in the road” and have even considered it a few time myself. Usually I just shake my fist at the plow and utter a few expletives, but that’s not nearly as effective.

  3. I am not complaining one iota about the few inches of snow we got last night, my poor daughter in northern Michigan got an assload of snow… I wish I was closer… I’d help shovel! (and the silver lining is that this snow won’t last long… but that does not help the current situation!)

  4. Oh boy. Given our epic storm in February, I can certainly relate and I am so sorry you’re having to deal with this. I hope it melts quickly!
